Procurement Contract Administrator (Law Graduate Opportunity)

We are partnering with a global law firm to hire a Procurement Contract Administrator. The successful candidate will support the contract management process, overseeing the contract repository, maintaining contract templates and standard terms for the Procurement Strategy and Operations (PSO) Team, ensuring contract compliance with established standards, and managing contract renewals and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the PSO in ensuring all contracts adhere to established standard terms and conditions.
  • Maintain and manage the contract repository, validating content and tracking key data points.
  • Administer and issue contract template documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for vendors.
  • Support the review and negotiation of new contracts and contract renewals as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of a Vendor Due Diligence Program.
  • Assist in the ongoing implementation of a Contract Management System.
  • Prepare and distribute contract notices and NDAs to vendors as required.
  • Facilitate the contract execution process between the Firm and vendors.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Law degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in contract administration support preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract implementation processes preferred.
  • Experience in a non-manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with all levels of personnel.
