Payroll Manager opportunity now available within the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS). This is a temporary position initially for 6 months and will be based in the NIFRS Head Quarters in Lisburn.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 5.00PM with a pay rate of £18.91 per hour.
The role will be within the Payroll department working and assisting efficient management of the payroll team and systems. Job duties will include ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payrolls, following payroll processes, dealing with payroll queries, maintaining Financial records, communicating with accounts and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and legislation.
What we need from you
- 2 years experience working within payroll supervisory level
- 5 GCSE's grades A*-C including English and Maths
- Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification in a business-related subject, i.e. Payroll
- or accountancy i.e. CIPP, CCAB or AAT (up to NVQ Level 3 equivalent)
