What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. In this position, you’ll play a key role in our mission – connecting top talent with leading clients and building lasting relationships.

Role Requirements:

• Market research – Staying up to date on the industry trends, knowing your specific market.
• Sourcing candidates – Targeting and recruiting talent, while developing a pipeline of candidates for both current and future job openings.
• Managing clients – Establishing and nurturing relationships, while generating new leads through cold calling and research.
• Negotiating – Facilitating negotiations of job offers and compensation packages to ensure a favourable outcome for both candidates and clients.
• Interview scheduling and management – Coordinating interviews, offering feedback, and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• You will have complete autonomy to manage your own business, overseeing the entire recruitment process lifecycle, and specializing in one of the world’s fastest-growing and most successful industries
• Competitive base salaries, starting at £24,000+ (OTE year one £35,000-£45,000)
