Senior Data Engineer – Generative Sports AI Startup – Belfast City Centre
Are you ready to make an impact in the Generative Sports AI space? Join an exciting startup based in the heart of Belfast City Centre! We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to help build cutting-edge AI solutions for the sports industry.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building robust data systems that support our innovative AI platform. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll play a key part in shaping the infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines and data workflows.
• Implement data factoring strategies and manage the flow of large datasets.
• Work with Azure Data Services to leverage cloud-based data solutions.
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to ensure data is accessible and efficient for AI training.

Technology Stack & Requirements:

• Azure Data Services
• Data Factoring and Data Pipelines
• Strong experience with Python for data engineering tasks
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience in building scalable, cloud-native data architectures
