MCS Group are proud to be partnering with largest independent insurance brokerage in Northern Ireland, providing bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse range of commercial clients - including retailers, IT companies, and various other businesses with property and liability insurance needs.

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Contact Manager to join the sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you would play a pivotal role in connecting with both new and existing clients, scheduling meetings for Account Executives, and contributing to the growth of the corporate business sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach: Engage with potential and current clients via phone to arrange face-to-face meetings for Account Executives.
  • CRM Management: Utilise Salesforce to manage leads, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and client retention.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote services.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional telephone etiquette with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders confidently.
  • Resilience: A driven individual who thrives in overcoming objections and is motivated by achieving targets.
  • Innovative Mindset: Creative in marketing and promoting business services, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
