UX Designer

Are you a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer looking to make an impact in the sports technology space? Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative company, is transforming sports management with cutting-edge digital solutions. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, engaging user experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance their product offering.

This is a hybrid role requiring some in-office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft Seamless User Journeys – Transform product requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Advocate for the User – Conduct research and usability testing to understand how clubs and members engage with the platform, refining designs based on insights.
• Prototype & Iterate Quickly – Develop interactive prototypes to validate ideas, collect feedback, and enhance usability.
• Stay at the Forefront – Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continuously improve the user experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS or B2C environments.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
• Experience with design systems, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
• Passion for football and grassroots sports is a huge plus!
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
