Overview
Our client, a reputable construction services provider, is seeking a skilled labourer to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in construction labouring, maintenance, and repair work, particularly within response repair services and void works. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as fencing, concreting, demolition, kerbing, flagging, and general minor build works while ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out labouring duties on void and tenanted properties as part of response maintenance repairs.
- Work as part of a team to provide a professional, reliable, and courteous service to clients and tenants.
- Perform various construction labourer tasks, including:
- Kerbing and flagging
- Fencing installation and repairs
- Block work and concreting
- Demolition work
- Operating plant equipment (if qualified)
- Ensure worksites are clean and safe at the end of each day.
- Follow instructions to meet project requirements.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, using the appropriate safety equipment.
- Complete site-based documentation electronically or in paper format as required.
- Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a labourer in the construction industry.
- Strong commitment to customer service and delivering high-quality work.
- Valid CSR card.
- Full UK driving license.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in social housing maintenance and repairs.
- Working at Heights certification.
- Experience erecting scaffolding.
- Plant operation experience with relevant tickets.
- Comfortable using PDA, smartphone, or mobile working devices.
- Access NI clearance is preferred.
