Overview
MCS Group is delighted to partner with a leading law firm in the Enniskillen area that is seeking a talented and driven solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional with 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload with autonomy and efficiency across various legal matters.
• Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice to clients across multiple sectors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Litigation: Manage disputes from pre-litigation through to resolution, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Client Relationships: Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional client care.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the firm on complex legal matters to deliver high-quality service.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Northern Ireland (or equivalent jurisdiction).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience in building and managing client relationships.
• Confidence in delivering presentations and participating in training initiatives.
• Familiarity with emerging trends within the legal sector.
