This company has appointed Hays to recruit a Sales Representative to join their team.

Your new role
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers in making decisions based on their own individual requirements. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, showcasing the product range, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: greeting and assisting customers as they enter the store. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Providing expert advice on furniture selections, fabric options, and styles. Demonstrating product features and benefits. Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. You will process transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays.

What you'll need to succeed
As Sales Representative, essentially, you will have previous sales experience, preferably selling high-value goods within a showroom setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships. You will be capable of working well within a team and on your own initiative.
