10 months fixed term contract

Hours: Full Time

Salary: £38000 PA

To develop and lead a team to provide exceptional service to the clients. Manage client relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.

Essential Criteria

• A natural leader who has the ability to coach, develop and mentor their people
• Minimum 2 + years of directly managing multi-Facilities Management building services such as: Cleaning, Reception, and Security, Catering supplier management
• A Good knowledge of physically and security systems
• Experience in managing budgets, delivering operational goals, and implementing change programmes to deliver operational benefits.
• Be innovative and passionate in the way you develop and deliver commercial values to your area and to the client’s expectations
• Must have a full driving licence and be able to drive due to the nature of the role
• Will be on call so flexibility required and will also be required to stay away from home as and when required
• Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive can-do attitude
• Ensure the operational delivery of SLA’s and KPI’s are met using the central CAFM system
• Anticipating needs of the client and adopt our service offering with the ability to build excellent client and stakeholder relationships
• IT literate

Desirable Criteria

• MBIFM trained
• SIA Licensed
• BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) trained
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification
