The Accountant will be responsible for the management of the corporate financial accounting function and ensuring the provision of effective and efficient financial accounts preparation for the organisation. About you

• Qualified Accountant
• Public sector experience (desirable)
• Strong financial accounting experience, financial accounting experience
• Proven ability to influence, interact and consult with senior leaders
• Strong IT skills including MS Excel

What you’ll do

• Experience in preparing financial statements
• Reconcile and review of all control account balances
• Compile year end financial accounts from trial balance
• Maintenance and development of all financial systems
• Experience in preparing financial statements
• Ad hoc support to wider finance team
