Your RoleAs the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of IT services across the organisation. You will oversee a portfolio of IT services, manage relationships with outsourced providers, and ensure that the company's IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and aligned with business needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement, managing incident escalations, and leading technical projects.
What You Need to Succeed

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ITIL principles, proficient in managing service level agreements, and experience with ITSM tools.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and threat prevention.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent team working skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Mindset: Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a data-driven decision-making process.
• Qualifications: B.Sc. in Information Technology or equivalent work experience, proficiency in Active Directory management, and experience managing outsourced service providers.
