Graduate Technical Support Engineer

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for technology and problem-solving? Do you have experience with SQL and a placement year under your belt? If so, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SQL-related issues.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to enhance system performance.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience from a placement year in a technical role.
• Strong SQL skills and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
