Your new role
As NPD Assistant, you'll support the development of new products from concept to launch. Working closely with the wider team, you'll be involved in trials, recipe creation and maintaining records, while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong interest in food product development, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in NPD or a relevant food science degree is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
