VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Manufacturing business, in their search for an Office Administrator based in Toomebridge. This role will involve providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of office operations.

This is a Permanent - Monday - Friday position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting customer orders and quotes onto the system promptly and accurately.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and precise data administration for all customer-related information.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and timely responses to customer requests.
  • Demonstrating a proactive approach to managing tasks and contributing to the overall team workload.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and minimise errors.
  • Taking initiative to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the order entry or administrative processes.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 1 year experience within a busy office environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Highly organised and efficient, with a keen attention to detail in managing tasks.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with a proactive attitude towards work.
  • Excellent command of written English, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Capable of taking responsibility for tasks and seeing them through to successful completion.
