Client
Our client is a leading specialist building and civil engineering construction company, currently working on social housing projects in the Causeway Coast and Glens.

They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple social housing projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and to required specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
• Liaise with all levels of management
• Lead toolbox talks
• Conduct risk assessments
• Adhere to construction drawings

The Ideal Person:

• Relevant Site Cards
• Effective communication skills
• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on social housing, residential projects, or similar sectors
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of Health & Safety
