About the Role
This role is focused on building relationships with B2B clients, generating leads, and driving new business opportunities. Working within with the Sales Team, you’ll take a consultative sales approach - helping businesses identify their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients, building a strong pipeline of contacts.
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, email, and networking to generate qualified leads.
- Build rapport with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, understanding their needs.
- Stay up to date with market trends and client challenges, using insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring full visibility of the sales pipeline.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 2–3 years of B2B lead generation or inside sales experience.
- Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- A consultative sales approach to identify client pain points and propose solutions.
- A high-energy, proactive, and ambitious mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
