Our client based in Lisburn, is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:- AO post based in Lisburn Court Office which provides administrative support to criminal & family court business. Duties are dependent on the team to which the post holder is assigned, however they typically include the following:
General office duties:
- Processing cases on to ICOS (Integrated Court Operations System)
- Use of IT systems
- Dealing with general telephone queries
- Dealing with members of the public & legal profession within the court environment
- Preparing documentation & files for court Records Management
- Ensuring that all information is managed securely in accordance with the appropriate policies
- Acting as court clerk assistant in criminal courts
The post holder will be based in Lisburn Court Office. The post holder will work under the supervision of a Section Manager (Executive Officer 1) and will work in accordance with policies, procedures, protocol, legislation and corporate targets and standards.
Essential Criteria:- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Have to undergo a CTC application
Wage:
- £12.59ph (weekly)

Work Pattern:
- Full time 9 – 5pm Mon to Fri
- 37 hours
