Bela Recruitment is hiring a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to work from the Dungannon or Omagh area, Tyrone area of Northern Ireland. NEW JOB

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Location: Dungannon area, all projects are in Northern Ireland.

A specialist utility contractor seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a super secure pipeline works.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of pricing for all upcoming & completed jobs.
- Gathering accurate costings from site staff, sub-contractors & IT systems to bill correctly to the client.
- Identify variants, investigate and ensure pricing is accurate and explainable.
- Report on completed works on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Analyse progress and financials, including risks or concerns on a regular basis to management, customers or site managers.
- Liaise between site staff, project managers, senior management and the client on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with all contracts on costs, ISO standards and company H&S.

Requirements:
- Ideally - 3+ years in Quantity Surveying experience gained in construction.
- Strong financial reporting experience and excellent documentation management.
- A relevant 3rd level construction qualification in Quantity Surveying or related constructions degree.
- Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
- Strong presentation, reporting and some previous people management skills.
- Driving License.
- Full job spec available on request.

Rewards
£45,000 - £60,000 - Can be QS OE Senior QS depending on experience.
