HR Officer – Manufacturing – Dungannon

MCS group are delighted to be working exclusively with an award-winning Manufacturing company in Dungannon, currently recruiting for an HR Officer to join their established HR Team.

The role

The HR Officer will support the existing team and company, in implementing and overseeing HR policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide HR support and guidance to employees.
• Assist the HR BP with strategy, recruitment, training, and compliance.
• Manage HR processes, including performance reviews and inductions.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and accreditations (e.g., ISO9001).
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and legislation.

The successful candidate:

• 1-3 years’ experience in an HR Assistant or Junior HR role
• Experience in a similar industry
• CIPD L3 qualification or relevant degree
• Proficient in IT, including MS Office and HR management systems.
• Professional, discreet, and people-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
