Location: Derry/Londonderry
Shifts: Rotational shift pattern – average of 42 hours per week (5/2 shift pattern over 2 weeks)

Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring safety compliance, and driving production performance. Reporting to the Shift Performance Manager, your key duties will include:

• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Supporting Lean Manufacturing practices to maintain high-quality production
• Meeting production targets efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Diagnosing and resolving operational issues
• Leading and motivating the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Managing team communications, performance meetings, and visual management updates
• Using SAP for problem-solving and schedule management

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to improve performance and health & safety compliance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Willingness to work rotational shifts
