At Dementia NI our members, all of whom are living with a diagnosis of dementia, are at the heart of our organisation. With them, we work to challenge the stigma of a dementia diagnosis and help people with dementia across Northern Ireland to have their voice heard.
We are now recruiting an Empowerment Facilitator to join our Empowerment Team.
As an Empowerment Facilitator, you will work with and for people with dementia. You will support delivery of our empowerment groups, activities and projects.
Empowerment Facilitator – Omagh and surrounding areas
Hours are flexible between 28 and 37.5 hours per week, to be agreed with the successful candidate.
The salary is between £25,845 - £28,500 FTE. Appointment is at point 1 of the scale.
The post is Home Based within the designated area.
Omagh and surrounding areas of work broadly relates to Omagh and the areas surrounding, and within one hour travel time from Omagh.
