Business Analyst

Overview:

A client in the supply chain industry is looking for a Business Analyst to join their IT team, focusing on SAP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the successful deployment and optimisation of SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of SAP systems and recommend enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SAP implementation projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, Power BI).
