Our Public Sector Client currently seeks a Part-Time Temporary ongoing Team Secretary based in Lisburn
This is an ongoing temporary position
Hours of work Mon-Fri 12-4.30
Rate of pay £11.67 per hour
Duties include
1.Provide an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative service to Nurse Managers.
2. Undertake a range of admin support duties including maintenance and ordering of stock/non stock items, photocopying, filing, provision of typing and admin support to the team.
3. Word processing/producing reports.
4.Act as point of contact between service users, carers, staff and external agencies to ensure a full and efficient service.
5. Make and receive telephone calls and take appropriate action.
6. Maintain records both manual and computerised in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with local policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria:
Qualifications/Experience required:
OCR Level II (Parts 1 & 2) Text processing/Word processing or equivalent qualification OR a minimum of 1 years word processing experience.
PLUS 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language (excluding English Literature) AND 1 years secretarial/admin experience
Ability to take notes/minutes of meetings.
OR
Two year’s admin/secretarial experience.
Ability to take notes/minutes of meetings.
