We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Derry/Londonderry as a full-time Administration Officer
Our client is Northern Ireland’s Leading Public Sector Employer.
Rate of pay: £12.59
Location: Derry/Londonderry
Hours: 37 Mon-Fri
Shift pattern: Hours between 8am-8pm
Duration: 51 weeks, possible extension
Start Date: 24th Feb
Job Duties:
Case Managers for Universal Credit – Working as part of a multidisciplinary case management team responsible for helping claimants to create and maintain their digital account.
Telephony duties are also included in the case management role.
Office working will be required for the first 6 months with an opportunity to then work from home.
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English - Certificates required.
The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration
