This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop, maintains a professional approach, and is motivated by financial success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and headhunting top talent, supporting them through the recruitment process, and building a strong pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, offering market insights, and managing expectations for both clients and candidates.
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships, while proactively generating new leads through research, cold calling, referrals, and more.
• Representing candidates to clients, arranging interviews, and providing valuable feedback.
• Ensuring a smooth recruitment journey and achieving successful placements that benefit both candidates and clients.
