Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a prestigious flexible working space to recruit for a Front of House Administrator on a 9-month contract. This position is part-time and requires a candidate available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Our client is a prestigious provider of flexible working spaces, located in the heart of Belfast City Centre. They offer a variety of fully serviced office environments and aim to cater to the unique needs of their clients. Our client has a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and dedicated support.

The Role
The Front of House Administrator will be an integral part of a collaborative team, ensuring that clients receive outstanding service and support within the office environment. Key responsibilities include:
• Serving as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Managing incoming telephone calls and emails, promptly addressing general enquiries and providing timely responses
• Assisting clients with the setup of meeting rooms and offering IT support
• Coordinating and managing bookings for shared spaces and meeting rooms, ensuring smooth scheduling
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with daily mail processing
• Offering facilities management support to ensure a seamless and efficient office experience

The Person
The right person for the Front of House Administrator role will be highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. With a background in Reception or Front of House roles, they will bring strong administrative skills and a keen attention to detail. The right person will be exceptionally organised, with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Salary & Benefits
The Front of House Administrator offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.50. The position is a 9-month contract and offers part-time hours. The working hours are Monday and Wednesday from 8:30am to 5:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. The office is based in Belfast City Centre.
