Project Manager (Structural Steel) - Coleraine - Permanent

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in structural steel or construction? This is your chance to join a leading structural steel fabricator, overseeing high-profile projects from planning to site erection.

The Role:

• Coleraine
• £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
• Permanent

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and managing project plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet project objectives
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and procurement processes
• Mitigating risks and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards
• Conducting quality control inspections and managing contract compliance
• Leading on-site teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Providing regular progress reports on costs, risks, and project milestones

What you’ll need:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in structural steel or construction
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, cladding, and metal decking
• Full UK driving license
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organisational & leadership abilities
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage resources efficiently
