The opportunity:
The Global HR Operations
Coordinator – Performance will implement delivery of the Firm's end-to-end
Global HR Operations processes related to Performance Management to achieve
efficiency, quality, and enhanced employee experience leveraging relevant
technology platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain
our Performance Management System and complete day-to-day tasks related to
Performance Management Administration in adherence to SLAs and quality
standards
- Collaborate
with the Manager in developing, evaluating, and implementing initiatives
and projects related to Performance Management
- Collaborate
with our internal partners that include team members within, but not
limited to, IT, People, and local Talent Managers in solving complex
issues related to Performance Management Administration
- Provide
recommendations and assessments with a Performance Management Specialist
in resolving issues related to Performance Management.
- Facilitate
Performance Management Processes for BPPS and non-Principals
- Generate
reports and manage major communication
- Train
new team members based on the regional process they handle
- Execute
projects relevant to the function with minimal supervision
Skills and Experience:
- A
bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or other relevant courses or equivalent work experience
- Experience
in HR, preferably in Talent or Data Management (experience in
SuccessFactors Talent Management Administration will be an advantage)
- Experience
working in the Shared Services or BPO industry
- Exposed
and participated in project management activities
- Able
to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Able
to work with a virtual team
- Experience
in working in a Shared Services Environment and Performance Management
Administration
- Preferred
competencies: Strong Learning Agility, Attention to Detail, Critical
Thinking and Stakeholder Management
