Rate of pay - £11.99ph
HYBRID WORKING MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9-5
Main duties -
Update and maintenance of staff contacts listing and staff tracker
Management of Calendar/Schedule of meetings
Servicing meetings and organisation of internal events including scheduling and arrangement of meeting rooms, venues and refreshments, note and minute taking and senior team diary management
Programme admin support including filing, copying, binding, scanning and printing and management of sensitive and/or confidential information
Maintaining stationary requirements for the branch, placing orders as required
Office infrastructure – maintaining the seating plan, ensuring adequate filing space, keys for cabinets, and enforcing clear desk policy.
Update and Maintenance of Project descriptions database
Online document storage system - processing requests
New staff set up tasks, including IT requirements
Input into Ministerial AQs, briefing etc as required
*5 GCSES INCLUDING MATHS AND ENGLISH REQUIRED*
*ACCESS NI CHECK REQUIRED*
