Commercial Property Estates Surveyor (Ref 2025-28)

Location: Housing Centre, Belfast

To manage the NIHE’s Commercial Portfolio in locations across Northern Ireland and maximise its collectable income for the Landlord Services Division. The Commercial Portfolio is made up of standalone business units and units dispersed amongst domestic stock, situated on different levels within blocks/buildings. Management of the units will include inspections and site visits at the locations across Northern Ireland.

The current salary for this post is £36,124 - £41,511 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
