Rate of pay: £12.59
Location: Kilkeel
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 (Flexi Offered)

Job Duties:
Digital Support:
Encourage and motivate claimants to become more digitally competent, helping them create and maintain their digital accounts independently.
Promote the use of online channels and challenge claimants, when appropriate, to transition to these platforms.
Claimant Engagement:
Make every interaction count to keep claimants moving forward, demonstrating how your impact can enhance their labour market activity.
Adapt effectively to change and understand the vision for the business.
Comprehend the end-to-end claimant journey, recognising the impact on other areas.
Team and Stakeholder Engagement:
Take accountability for personal development, utilising available learning and development tools (including enhancing digital capabilities).
Build strong relationships with colleagues to ensure seamless handoffs when required.
Foster constructive partnerships with External Delivery Partners
Please note mandatory attendance will be required on a 13 day long training course with no leave permitted. At least one day of this training will be delivered at another site that will require travel.
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English - Proof of certificates required to proceed with application
The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration
