Graduate IT Support Analyst (CRM)

MCS Group is working exclusively with a fantastic, forward thinking tech for good organisation who specialise in software for in the finance space. Our client is instrumental in driving the solutions for the community led financial services sector.

Are you a Graduate or Junior IT professional with a passion for customer success? We’re looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and customer-focused professional to join this dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert support for cloud-based CRM systems
• Educate customers on new & existing products
• Troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email & chat
• Manage escalations & ensure top-tier service
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing & Development teams

What You Need:

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus!)
• Higher/Third level education
• Professional, positive & proactive attitude
• Strong organisational & problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel nationally & internationally (Valid passport & driving license required)
