We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Defence Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic insurance defence litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the successful completion of cases, ensuring client instructions are met, and contributing to the firm’s ongoing commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a relevant caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solicitors to progress cases, including discovery, evidence analysis, and trial preparation.
• Manage your own caseload, working closely with the Lead Solicitor to determine next steps.
• Conduct witness interviews, draft statements, and prepare pleadings.
• Coordinate with all parties involved in claims and instruct counsel as needed.
• Represent clients in court, attend trials, and settlement conferences.
• Maintain high performance and quality standards, ensuring accurate case management and compliance with LSNI regulations.
