To support its ambitious growth plans, a new senior leadership role - Head of Operational Improvement – has been created. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the board and shareholders, leading vital business improvement and transformation projects that will shape the future of the organisation.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving transformative initiatives to optimise business efficiency and commercial performance. Collaborating with talented managers and leaders across the group, you will lead and deliver a variety of impactful projects that will create meaningful change and unlock potential across the diverse group business interests.

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled business improvement professional with a strategic mindset and a proven track record of delivering successful transformation. Strong project execution and programme management expertise are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must, enabling you to influence and align diverse teams at all levels of the organisation.
