Location: Lisburn City Centre
Salary: £22000- £24000.
Duration: Permanent, Full-time
About the Role:
Apple Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting our client, a growing
Northern Ireland organisation, to recruit a new Receptionist for their Lisburn
office.
Reporting to the
Manager of the Lisburn Office, the Receptionist will play a key role in the
smooth running of the business.
Duties:
·
Reception duties to include answering phones and
greeting visitors.
·
Preparing and sending starter packs to new
clients.
·
Dealing with email and telephone queries and
forwarding to the correct person.
·
Taking messages.
·
Organising hospitality for guests.
·
Keeping the front of house neat and tidy.
·
Ad hoc administrative duties
Key Skills &
Experience:
·
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
·
Proficient in Microsoft word.
·
Previous experience as a receptionist.
·
Excellent communication skills.
·
Strong administrative skills.
·
Permanent right to work in the UK is required.
