MCS Group is currently working alongside one of Europe’s leading innovators in Retail & Hospitality Technology to recruit a Business Development Manager.
With a strong customer base across the UK, Ireland and Europe the successful candidate will primarily focus on driving new business opportunities across Northern Ireland, as well as managing some of their existing accounts.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities, whilst managing existing accounts
- Attend networking events to develop new connections and showcase the product
- Be visible and interactive with both new and existing customers
- Work closely with clients, establishing long-term success relationships
- Remain up to date with market changes and competitor activity
Essential Criteria:
- Previous field sales experience selling into the hospitality or retail sectors
- Forward thinking and constantly looking to create exciting new business opportunities
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Full Drivers Licence
Other Information:
- Base salary of £40k
- Realistic first year OTE of £50k - £55k, rising to £60 - £70k year 2
- Company vehicle
