We are thrilled to be working with a leading UK and Ireland law firm to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for their expanding Intellectual Property, Media, and Technology Disputes team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for commercial disputes to join a highly respected, market-leading team and work on high-profile, cutting-edge cases.

The Role:
As part of this dynamic team, you will provide expert legal advice to clients across a variety of industries, focusing on:

• Defamation and reputation management
• Media and data protection disputes
• Intermediary liability matters

You will gain exposure to top-tier, complex litigation while working alongside some of the best specialists in the field. Experience advising media organisations and technology companies would be advantageous but is not essential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of media, data protection, and intermediary liability is highly desirable.
• Strong advocacy, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
