Telephony Customer Service - Banking

Honeycomb are delighted to be working with a leading Bank within Northern Ireland to recruit for a number of Customer Service Advisors. This role is a full-time temporary position and will be based in their Dunmurry office.
Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 9-5, in office.
Great opportunity for contract extension and chance to apply for permanent roles within the Bank.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will involve:

• Being the first point of contact for all customers in the bank – providing a professional, friendly and efficient service, on the telephone and via email.
• You will support customers by identifying and recommending appropriate service options with quality conversations and signpost them to relevant products.
• Maintain a high standard of data security and follow GDPR regulations.
• Carry out administration duties including maintenance of records, document preparation, quality control checking mail.
• Completing administration tasks relating to customer and business accounts.
• Signposting customers to relevant departments
• Listening to and handling customer complaints

Essential Criteria

• Somebody with a passion for good customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great attention to detail

Desired Criteria

• Prior experience within banking or a customer service focused role
