Electronic Design Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting an Electronics Design Engineer for our client who is a medical device manufacturing company.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company whose mission is to improve patient outcomes. As the Electronics Hardware Engineer, you will design, develop, and test state-of-the-art electromedical devices.

As the Electronics Hardware Engineer you will:

• Design and develop new and existing electromedical devices.
• Conduct analyses to identify root causes of failures and recommend preventive measures.
• Apply finite element analysis techniques to assess product designs and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal colleagues to satisfy product and process quality requirements.

You will have:

• Degree level in electronics or mechatronics, software, or relevant subject
• Previous experience working within an electronics development team within medical devices or heavily regulated industry
• Significant experience in ‘hands-on’ electronics product development
