Your new role
As Production Manager, you will oversee the planning and coordination of all manufacturing and metal fabrication based on the production schedule to ensure timely adherence. You will monitor production processes to ensure quality standards, liaise closely with the Engineering department to ensure cohesive information flow and job progression, and ensure preventative maintenance and replacement of production equipment. Additionally, you will maintain close contact with support site personnel and ongoing site-based operations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need experience of overseeing production processes, managing labour requirements, and maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to implement continuous improvement measures and address areas of concern. You should also have experience of identifying training needs, participating in employee relations issues, and contributing to the development of company policies and strategic initiatives.
