Job Description:
- Telephony Duties: Bereavement Service, State Pension and Pension Credit - Telephony duties can range from 100% to 50% of an officer’s time of the telephone. This work can involve completing new benefit applications, answering general enquiries or completing details of reported deaths to the bereavement service. Processing Benefit: Pension Centre delivers the following benefits: State Pension, Pension Credit, Bereavement Support Payment, Funeral Expense Payment, Child Funeral Fund and Widowed Parents Allowance. This work involves accessing departmental computer systems to process, pay and maintain benefit applications.

- £12.59ph (weekly)
Location:
- The Pension Service, Level 2, Orchard House, 40 Foyle Street, Derry, BT48 6AT
Start Dates:
- ASAP
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs Including Maths & English (Must have certificate Proof)
Duration Of Placement:- 6 months, with possible extensionWork Pattern:- Monday to Friday 9 to 5 but with flexible working
