GRAHAM is searching for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of our pre-construction projects in Northern Ireland. This role is crucial for ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with all contractual requirements.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee all pre-construction quantity surveying activities, preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets. You'll conduct cost analysis and risk management, liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and reviewing tender documentation and contracts, monitoring and reporting on project financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Additionally, you'll support and guide junior quantity surveyors and collaborate with the project management team.
We’re looking for someone with proven pre-construction quantity surveying experience and a strong understanding of construction processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
