You will be the driving force behind inspiring customers to achieve their home design dreams.
Your duties will include: - Customer Engagement: Guide and inspire customers to visualize and realise their ideal home design
- Professional Support: Address customer enquiries and concerns with utmost professionalism
- Product Expertise: Stay current on our extensive product range to provide accurate, informed advice
- Follow-Up: Manage and follow up on open quotes, ensuring every customer feels valued
- Sales Processing: Handle sales and purchase orders efficiently, contributing to our overall success
Criteria: - Proven sales experience (experience in a bathroom/tile sales environment advantageous)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Team-oriented
- Self-motivated
- You are driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to exceed expectations
