Paralegal – Legal Services (Hybrid/Remote, Northern Ireland)

MCS are delighted to assist an established and growing legal services team here in Belfast who are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support its expanding operations in Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with high-quality legal matters and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors with legal research, document drafting, and case preparation.
• Reviewing and analysing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Managing case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with clients, external counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting litigation, claims, and dispute resolution processes as needed.

Essential Criteria:

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Previous paralegal experience (desirable but not essential).
