As a Senior Service Delivery Consultant, your primary objective is to build profitable, long-term relationships with key clients, positioning MCS as their preferred recruitment partner. You will ensure client needs are not only met but exceeded, delivering exceptional service and experiences.

You will achieve this through personalised service delivery on key accounts and by collaborating with the wider MCS team, bringing in additional expertise as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead recruiter and main contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Manage multiple clients, ensuring timely and positive service.
• Set and meet SLAs, defining success metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with colleagues for consistent service.
• Communicate client needs internally.
• Conduct service reviews and report KPIs.
• Implement client feedback mechanisms.
• Provide market insights for client decisions.
• Align SLAs and services with company goals.
• Achieve financial and operational targets.
