Location - Belfast City Centre Upper Queens StreetWeekly Pay - £12.59phStart Date Immediate
Duration of Placement - up to 6 months with possible extension
Work pattern - Monday to Friday, flexible working hours available, core working hours 10am – 3.30pm (Hybrid working 1/2 days in office per week)

Job outline including main duties / Purpose of Job/Function of Role - To provide administrative support to the Applicant Award Calculations Team.
1.Use of Excel and Word templates to create Applicant Award Calculators, Payment Annexes, Payment Requests, and Request for Information Pro Formas,
2.Management of team mailboxes, ensuring correspondences are prioritised, organised and responded to within set deadlines,
3.Accurate data input and effective data management using Excel and OneDrive spreadsheets,
4.Communicate with applicants via email, letter and telephone to request information or to respond to applicant queries. Show compassion and understanding when dealing with vulnerable people and sensitive information.

5 GCSES INCLUDING MATHS AND ENGLISH IS REQUIREDACCESS NI CHECK IS REQUIRED
