Contracts Manager - Fit-Out

CSR are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong fit-out background in commercial builds and high end apartments. Reporting to the Construction Director you will be joining an extensive Contracts Management and Surveying team working on projects throughout the UK & Ireland. Therefore, the flexibility to travel is essential. Only Contracts Managers with 5 years+ fit-out experience will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
• To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Conduct Risk Assessments
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
• Ensuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finish
• Organise and coordinate labour from smaller to large projects
• Produce reports on job progress and remedials
• Reporting to Construction & Financial Director
• All Health & Safety and other regulatorymatters

Requirements:

• Extensive Fit-Outcontracting background is essential
• Previous high end apartment experience
• Ability to supervise numerous projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Self-motivated and hard worker
• Strong team building skills
• Analytical and decision making skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important
• Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
