Duration: Full Time / Permanent / Hybrid (2/3 split)

VANRATH are partnering with Professional Services company is seeking an HR Advisor to provide expert guidance on a range of HR matters, ensuring best practices and compliance across the business.

You’ll Look After
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Advise managers on performance and employee development.
- Assist Finance with payroll processes.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse retention trends.
- Contribute to HR projects and policy development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programmes.
- Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
- Manage new hires, leavers, and internal movers.
- Provide support on grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support workforce planning and change management.
The Person
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage complex tasks and data with high accuracy.
- Building Relationships: A trusted partner who can collaborate with stakeholders across the business to enhance the employee experience.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to assess business challenges and offer logical, creative solutions.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role within a team supporting 100+ employees.
- Innovation: Passion for continuous improvement, always looking to optimise HR practices and processes.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
- Technical Capability: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (e.g., BambooHR or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
