Are you passionate about food quality and safety? MCS Group are pleased to be recruiting for a Food Technologist to join a well-established food manufacturer supplying major UK & Ireland retailers.

The Role:

• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance (HACCP, BRC).
• Monitor production, conduct audits, and train staff on hygiene & SOPs.
• Maintain traceability from ingredients to finished products.
• Keep up to date with food safety regulations and labelling standards.
• Provide technical support to customers and conduct product testing.
• Maintain QA records and report on weekly KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

? Degree in Food Science / Technology (Advanced HACCP preferred).
? 2+ years’ experience in food QA or production.
? Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, food safety & labelling.
? Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
